We had some problems with product selection which resulted in the inappropriate installation of locks etc. John Barnes Co. rectified the situation by updating the window locks no quibbles or any request for additional money. Can't ask for better than that. I know I probably annoyed them with my demands but they were completely professional throughout. Perhaps it was because I have been an occasional customer for over ten years? Seems loyalty does count. thanks
