I was sending flowers to a relative in the Bentleigh East area but I am in the UK and I managed to give the wrong address and phone number. The lovely lady at Flowers of East Bentleigh tried to deliver 3 times before it was resolved and she remade the bouquet even though it was not her fault. Flowers were lovely too.
